Booking
Payments by cheque, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express - no charge.
A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
Full booking balance to be paid on departure.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Guests
Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 4 people.
No stag and hen groups.
Children
No children under the age of 16.
Children aged between 16 and 18 are welcome and can stay at the normal adult rate.
Guests older than 18 are subject to the full adult rates.
Other
Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas.
Pets are not allowed.

This Privacy Notice explains how we at Mulroy Bed and Breakfast use any personal information we collect about you.
What information we collect about you
When you book directly with us, we collect the names of all the guests who will be staying and the home address, email address and the telephone number of the person making the booking. We also collect a debit or credit card number to take the deposit equal to the first night of your stay.
If your booking was made by a tour company, they always give us the name of the main client and sometimes the names of the other members of the party. We do not receive your home address, email address, phone numbers or card details.
How we use the information we hold on you
When you book directly with us:-
We use your home address as part of the card payment processing to validate the card.
We will use your email address to send you confirmation of the booking.
After your stay you will receive an automated email from our booking system asking you to fill in a feedback form. We may also email or text you after your stay if you leave an item behind to arrange to forward it to you. Apart from that situation we will not use your telephone number unless it is an emergency and/or we have been unable to contact you by email.
We never send out marketing emails or newsletters and we do not have a database of past guests.
How your data is stored
All of the personal and credit/debit card data you supply to us as part of the booking process is stored securely on a third party system - "Freetobook".
Neither we nor Freetobook will share your information with any third party, unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
Access to your information
